"A sound bath is an immersive, full-body listening experience that gently invites you to use sound and stillness as a way of connecting to your inner and outer worlds."
- Sara Auster.
Led by myself and Lawson White, this sound bath is an invitation to pause, recenter, and reconnect through the healing power of sound frequency. By using sound bowls, Koshi chimes and other instruments designed to sooth the senses, we give our bodies a chance to settle back into greater coherence with our natural rhythm. Whether you're a first-timer, or a seasoned 'bather, you are invited.
Nothing is required other than showing up.
Bring whatever makes you feel cozy! Blankets, pillows, eye masks. Or come as you are. Yoga mats are provided and/or there are large cushy chairs and a couch if you prefer to sit. You are also welcome to bring your own mat. A water bottle for hydration is always recommended.
Please arrive a few minutes before, from 6:45pm on. This way you can settle in and we can have a bit of time together to get situated and relaxed. We will dive in between 7-8pm and then there will be a bit of time and space afterwards to share, reflect, or gently move into the next chapter of your evening. We will close the space at 8:30pm.
To accommodate the room, space is limited. Suggested donation of $15-25.
If this is beyond your current means, please do not let price be a hindrance. I would much rather have you there if you feel called to it! Simply pay what you're able. Hope to see you there.
